By using Kip26 you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Beta status
Kip26 is in closed beta. The service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees, and features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We try not to lose your data, but we cannot promise it.
Coaching disclaimer
Kip26 is software, not a medical professional. The coaching guidance is generated by an AI based on the data you provide. Do not rely on it for diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. Consult a qualified clinician for medical questions, and stop training if something hurts.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kip26. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You may not share your account, scrape the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
Third-party services
Kip26 integrates with Garmin Connect and Strava. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin or Strava.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or are inactive for an extended period.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kip26 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
